Property to be Auctioned: The subject property at 201 Hulme St. Mount Holly, NJ is 50’ x 125’ (6,250sf) vacant land w/ garage buildings.
Property History: Property owned by the Ogles family since the early 1980’s. Residence demolished in 2007 and the remaining free standing garage buildings were used commercially by Christopher Ogles until his passing in 2025. A backhoe, lawnmowers, 2 vehicles and other personal property on the lot or in the garages is included with the property.
